Hello,
We’d like to express our gratitude to all the organizations who applied for our spring multi-year cycle. We received many letters of intent and are humbled by the many ways organizations are working to address root causes of poverty in our communities. An announcement of the systems change projects that received multi-year funding is coming soon.
In the meantime, we’re excited to announce our 2024 single-year grant cycle!
Creating a community where everyone thrives requires responding to people’s most immediate needs while also focusing on long-term change. Funding is critical for organizations providing direct services and for those addressing the root causes of these issues by changing policies, practices, and systems. For these reasons, this single-year cycle will provide grants to organizations delivering services as well as those leading systems change efforts.
We will be investing approximately $2,500,000 into single-year grants in this cycle. Grants will provide up to $50,000 in general operating support or project support. BNGP will grant to organizations that:
- Offer direct services;
- Lead community-driven and collaborative systems change initiatives; OR
- Deliver a combination of direct services and systems change efforts.
For this cycle, we will accept proposals focused on one or more of the following priorities: early care and education (birth to 5), housing access, mental health, and/or substance use. Please read the grant guidelines for detailed descriptions of these priorities. Preference will be given to organizations that are applying an equity lens to their work.
